We raise pasture-raised poultry at our NJ and NY locations. We raise broiler chickens, and broad breasted white turkeys. Our poultry are reared in incubator pens for the first three-weeks and then they are moved to outdoor portable pens where they have access to grasses, bugs, and feed. These pens are moved once per day to ensure fresh pasture and an even distribution of manure.
Our poultry is processed at Goffle Road Poultry Farm in NJ.
Currently, our poultry is only available for retail purchase at the Skillman Farm Market and Butcher Shop in NJ.
