Edgar Espinosa was recently promoted to the Farrowing Manager at our Upstate NY farm. Edgar manages the breeding, maternity, and delivery of piglets through her hands-on interaction. He provides the daily care and handling of our sows and piglets, feeds and checks waters, monitors and assists sows during farrowing, provides day 1 care for piglets, tracks pre-farrow/post farrow sow movements, and shipping/receiving of animals. Edgar works hard to ensure the health and well-being of all the animals in her care and keeps detailed and accurate records.
