Last night our upstate NY farms received a little gift – about 8 inches of snow. Now some might grumble at the sight of snow in March. After all, it’s technically Spring now, but this is upstate NY and we know the weather can be unpredictable. Plus, with the current state of the world in the midst of the COVID-19 health crisis and social distancing it lets you think about something else for a bit.
