How far back does Simply Grazin’ go?

Simply Grazin’ began in 1997 when Mark Faille, a first generation farmer, began his farming journey to produce safe, healthy and delicious food for his family, but as friends, neighbors and local chefs came to try his products the operations grew into what we have today. Mark’s beliefs that animals should do what they are made to do – graze peacefully and grow naturally with minimal interference from the farme- are the foundation of our farm.
