1 jar of Roasted Red Peppers/drained 1 cup of mayonnaise 1/2 of sour cream 1/8 tsp chili powder (optional/I used 1 pickled jalapeņo pepper) salt/pepper to taste
Add all the ingredients in a blender.
Mix until the red pepper is pureed.
Chill overnight.
Serve with any kind of beef.
