Recipes to make Simply Grazin' Chicken
even more delicious!
Webmasters are busy folk (just like you), and they like meals that they can prepare
and go away and do something else for an hour while it cooks. This is it.
Take a plump Simply Grazin' defrosted chicken and rinse it.
Place the bird in a pan.
Stuff it with:
- a medium onion, cut in quarters,
- 2 or more carrots, cut in 3" pieces
- 2 or more celery stalks, cut in 3" pieces
- if you like, other vegetables you have
in the bin, I've used a zucchini.
Stuff it really full.
Cover it with a tablespoon of chopped garlic and about 1/8th cup of soy
sauce.
Cover very lightly with a piece of silver foil.
Bake at 375 for at least an hour (stick a meat thermometer in the breast or
till it is golden brown.
The bird and the vegetables trade a bit of favor, and both are delicious.
